With recent changes in the appraisal procedures metro Atlanta home owners are concerned over slipping values in their neighborhoods.  Are foreclosed properties included, are short sales really an arms lenght transaction?  A recent article by the AJC shows one homes owners adventure when trying to refinance their Atlanta homes.
